The Supervisory Board of the Bank made a decision to convene Remote Annual General Shareholders Meeting (hereinafter - "Meeting") to be held in accordance with the Procedure for convening and holding of remote general meetings of shareholders, approved by the Decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission dated 06.03.2023 No 236/

Date of General Meeting  (ballot completion date)- April 27, 2023.

Start date and time of posting the ballot for voting (regarding other issues of the agenda, except for the election of the Bank's management bodies) to the depositary institution – from 11.00 a.m. 14/04/2023/.

Completion date and time of posting the ballot for voting (regarding other issues of the agenda, except for the election of the Bank's management bodies) to the depositary institution –until 06.00 p.m. 27/04/2023
