The General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC “CREDITWEST BANK”, which took place on April 24, 2017, adopted the decison on the increase of registered caiptal of the Bank up to UAH 204, 9 million through the appreciation of nominal value of the Bank’s shares out of the profit received in 2016.

In 2016 PJSC “CREDITWEST BANK” received the net profit in the amount of UAH 30,9 million. The portion of the profit in the amount of  UAH 2.4 million was sent to the reserve fund of the Bank and UAH 28.5 million were directed for further capital increase.  

Please also be advised that subsequent to the results of the diagnostic screening effected by the National Bank of Ukraine with due regard to the stress-scenario,  PJSC “CREDITWEST BANK” does not require additional capitalization.

As of  March 31, 2017 the regulatory capital of the Bank amounted to UAH 348,9 million, which significantly exceeds the requirements for minimum regulatory capital amount set by the National Bank of Ukraine.
