On March 27, 2018 the Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC “CREDITWEST BANK” Mr. Igor Tykhonov took a part in the round table meeting “2018 NBU’s Initiatives. Lending to businesses”. The meeting was within the program of CFO Club Ukraine. During the panel discussion, the participants brought up such important issues as lending to businesses, quality of banks’ loan portfolios, non-performing loan management as well as financial monitoring and compliance questions. Particular attention was paid to issues of confidence between the bank and the customer, importance of business reputation and establishing of partnership relations. The representatives of the National Bank of Ukraine also took part in the meeting. The Regulator’s representatives shared the vision on further development of the banking sector with the participants of the meeting, they focused on key moments, which are now crucial when establishing the relationships.
