Documents required to open a current account
List of documents required to open a private individual account for a citizen of Ukraine:
- Passport of a Ukrainian citizen / passport of a Ukrainian citizen for travelling abroad;
- ITN (Individual Taxpayer Number) (not required from persons who have refused the document, as indicated by a corresponding note in the passport document);
- Extract from the place of residence (if the passport is in the format of an ID-card);
- Certificate of registration of an internally displaced person (for internally displaced persons);
- Documentary confirmation of the source of funds for financial transactions (at the request of a Bank employee).
Please note that above is the minimum list of documents, however, in certain cases the Bank may request additional documents that may be required by the applicable laws of Ukraine.

2. The Bank is prohibited from requiring the Customer to purchase any goods or services from the Bank or a related or affiliated person as a prerequisite for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a package of banking services).
3. The Customer has the right to opt out of receiving advertising materials by means of remote communication channels.
4. The Bank shall not be entitled to unilaterally amend the agreements concluded with the Customers, unless otherwise provided by the agreement or the law. |
