The maximum loan amount is calculated for each Client and depends on the Client's financial condition, set by the decision of the Bank's Collegial Body.
Early repayment
The client has the right to repay the loan in full or in part ahead of schedule at any time, including by increasing the amount of periodic payments

* Interest is paid monthly in accordance with the Payment Schedule and on the date of full repayment of the Loan debt (no later than the date of expiry of the Loan Agreement).
Warning
- Possible consequences for the customer in case of using the consumer loan service or failure to fulfil their obligations under the consumer loan service agreement:
1) the customer shall repay the loan amount, commissions, interest, and other payments for its use in accordance with the terms of the agreement and the requirements of Ukrainian law;
2) possible expenses in case of transfer of funds from accounts opened with other banks to pay for the use of a consumer loan (commission fees according to the tariffs of another bank);
3) in case of late fulfilment of obligations (in full and/or in part) when using a consumer loan, the following is provided:
• a penalty (fine, penalty interest) for late payment of the consumer loan;
• the Bank's right, in cases specified in the agreement, to demand early repayment of payments on the consumer loan and compensation for losses caused to it by the breach of obligations;
• the Bank's right to assign the right of claim under the consumer loan agreement to a new lender or to engage a collection agency to settle the Borrower's overdue debt;
• the Bank's right to transfer information to credit bureaus/the NBU Credit Register, which may affect the credit history and make it difficult to obtain credit in the future;
• the Bank's right to make a debit transfer of funds with the Borrower's consent (contractual write-off) from the Borrower's current accounts (in national and/or foreign currency) opened or to be opened with the Bank in the future in favour of the Bank to pay the loan debt, compensate for losses, or make other payments provided for in the consumer loan agreement;
4) initiation by the client of an extension (longation, prolongation) of the maturity date of the consumer loan (the date of fulfilment of the monetary obligation)/the loan term/the term of the consumer loan agreement shall be carried out exclusively by concluding an additional agreement by mutual consent of the parties. - The Bank is prohibited from:
1) require the customer to purchase any goods or services from the bank or a related or affiliated person as a mandatory condition for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a package of banking services);
2) unilaterally amend agreements concluded with customers, unless otherwise provided by the agreement or law. Any proposals to change the essential terms of the loan agreement shall be sent by the Bank to the Borrower by means of a notification in a manner that allows the date of dispatch of such notification to be established. - The customer has the right to:
1) refuse to receive advertising materials via remote communication channels;
2) consider alternative types of consumer loans at other banks and financial institutions in order to make an informed decision on obtaining a consumer loan on the proposed terms;
3) withdraw from the consumer loan agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Lending’. In case of refusal to enter into a loan agreement, the Borrower shall notify the Bank of their intention to refuse the Agreement in writing (in paper form or in the form of an electronic document created in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Electronic Documents and Electronic Document Management’) before the expiry of the 14-day period from the date of conclusion of the loan agreement. If the Client does not submit the notification in person, it must be certified by a notary or submitted and signed by a representative with a power of attorney to perform such actions. Within seven calendar days from the date of submission of the written notice of withdrawal from the loan agreement, the Client shall return to the Bank the funds received under the loan agreement and pay interest for the period from the date of receipt of the funds to the date of their return at the rate established by the loan agreement;
4) upon termination of the agreement on the provision of banking services, including in connection with the expiry, termination or performance of the agreement, apply to the bank with a request for information (certificate) regarding the performance by the parties of their obligations established by the agreement, including information (certificate) on the absence of debt and the full performance of the client's obligations under the agreement, which the Bank shall provide in the form of a paper or electronic document (at the client's choice) within five working days from the date of receipt of such request by the Bank.
