Rules for safe card use

We recommend that you observe the following rules for safe card use:

  • Keep your card PIN code secret;
  • If you suspect that your PIN code is known to other persons, you can call customer support of JSC «CREDITWEST BANK» and use the service of re-generation of PIN code in the form of SMS with a new PIN code or change it yourself in the ATM network of JSC «CREDITWEST BANK» and the Partner Bank JSC «Ukreximbank»;
  • Do not transfer your card for use to other persons and do not disclose its details (card number, first and last name of the cardholder, expiration date, PIN code and CVC2/CVV2 code);
  • Order the SMS notification service - this is an operational control over the funds on your account. You will receive SMS notifications on your mobile phone about any transactions made with your payment card.

 

If the card is lost or stolen, you should immediately block the card by calling the support service at 0 800 501 800, 0 800 504 450, (044) 365 00 19 or (044) 247 38 38 or, if necessary, add the card to the international "stop list".

 

Please note! The costs associated with the blocking operation, inclusion in the international "stop list" are borne by the Holder. The Card shall be blocked upon the Holder's call (provided that the Holder correctly names the Code Word). If the Holder cannot name the Code Word or names an incorrect Code Word, the Bank or a legal entity designated by the Bank has the right not to accept a telephone application for blocking the Card, and the moment of receipt of the application for blocking the Card (Loss of the Card) is the time and date of receipt by the Bank of the Holder's written application.

 

If you have forgotten or lost your PIN code, you can call customer support of JSC «CREDITWEST BANK» and use the service of re-generation of the PIN code in the form of SMS-message of the new PIN code by phone: 0 800 501 800 or (044) 365 00 19.
