JSC «CREDITWEST BANK» starts cooperation with SE «SETAM»

JSC «CREDITWEST BANK» starts cooperation with SE «SETAM» - the state system of electronic auctions for the sale of pledged and seized property.

 

Recently, the relevant agreement has been signed, which allows the Bank to directly place lots at the online auction.

 

Under the terms of the agreement, the Bank will be able to put up all types of pledged and seized property, as well as debt claims, for electronic auction. The sale will be conducted at classic auctions without price reduction (English) and auctions with step-down price reduction (Dutch). Anyone who registers in the OpenMarket sales system will be able to buy the property at the online auctions.

 

"We are pleased to start cooperation with SE SETAM, as in recent years we have seen a significant increase in the company's professional activity, as well as the involvement of new users and partners in this platform. We are confident that our cooperation will enable our Bank to quickly sell pledged and seized property and debt claims in case of need, and will help to determine their market value in a transparent manner," - said Igor Tykhonov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank.

 

"Our auction has a large user base of people interested in the assets put up for sale. We have sold land plots, buildings, residential real estate, rights of claim under loan agreements (NPL) and much more. OpenMarket is an open and flexible auction, so we are always open to proposals from both our partners and our buyers," - said David Salakhutdinov, Deputy General Director for Enterprise Development of SE SETAM.

 

The OpenMarket auction (SE SETAM of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine) is a simple and effective means of selling and purchasing property via the Internet. The online auction has been operating throughout Ukraine since 2014. The total amount of sales since its launch is UAH 19.4 billion.
