06.04.2026
JSC “CREDITWEST BANK” has signed the Charter on Financial Inclusion and the Reintegration of Veterans

Under the Memorandum, the NBU and the EBRD will cooperate to support financial inclusion and the reintegration of war veterans in Ukraine, as well as assist financial institutions in adhering to the standards set out in the Charter. The document has been drawn up with the aim of making banks more accessible to hundreds of thousands of veterans - both as customers and as employees.

By signing the Charter, the Bank undertakes to support the reintegration of war veterans into civilian and economic life, in particular:

  • to ensure equal and inclusive access for veterans to the Bank’s financial services;
  • implementing an inclusive recruitment policy for veterans as potential employees;
  • creating a safe environment for customers and employees who have experienced trauma;
  • ensuring the accessibility of the Bank’s premises and services for people with special needs.

By signing the Charter, JSC “CREDITWEST BANK” demonstrates its commitment to implementing an inclusive policy and ensuring equal access to financial services for all customers without exception.

“Supporting veterans is not only a social responsibility for us, but also a strategic priority. By signing the Charter, JSC “CREDITWEST BANK” confirms its readiness to be a reliable financial partner for those who have defended and continue to defend Ukraine,” said Igor Tykhonov, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “CREDITWEST BANK”.
