Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Joint Stock Company “WEST FINANCE AND CREDIT BANK” (legal address: 4 Leontovycha St., Kyiv, 01054, Ukraine) (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") announces that the remote annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April, 27, 2023.

 

The Supervisory Board of the Bank has decided to convene the remote annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank (hereinafter referred to as the "Meeting"), which will be held in accordance with the Procedure for Convening and Holding the Remote General Meeting of Shareholders approved by the decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission No. 236 dated 06.03.2023.

 

The date of the General Meeting of Shareholders (voting closing date) is April, 27, 2023.
