PJSC “CREDITWEST BANK” has finalized the procedure of the statutory capital increase by 31.7% (or by UAH 65 million) up to UAH 269.93 million within the long-term development plan of the Bank.

The capitalization was performed through the conversion of the subordinated loan provided by the Shareholder of the Bank (ALTINBAŞ HOLDİNG Anonim Şirketi). The General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC “CREDITWEST BANK” adopted the decision on the capital increase on August 28, 2017.

On February 13, 2018, the National Bank of Ukraine approved the new edition of the Charter of the Bank. The state registration of the changes to the charter was performed on February 19, 2018.

PJSC “CREDITWEST BANK” is fully compliant with the requirements of current legislation on the Bank’s capital. The level of strength and profitability of the capital allows the Bank to double its existing loan portfolio.
