PJSC “CREDITWEST BANK” has increased Chartered capital by 12.2% (or by UAH 37,49 million) up to UAH 307,42 million within the long-term development plan of the Bank.

On April 27, 2018, the General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC “CREDITWEST BANK” adopted the decision on the increase of statutory capital of the Bank through the appreciation of nominal value of the Bank’s shares by distributing the part of the profit to the statutory capital. The sole shareholder of the Bank is ALTINBAŞ HOLDİNG Anonim Şirketi.

On May 21, 2018, the National Bank of Ukraine approved the new edition of the Charter of the Bank. The state registration of the changes to the Charter was performed on May 24, 2018.

PJSC “CREDITWEST BANK” is fully compliant with the requirements of current legislation on capitalization, which allows the Bank growth in lending.
