About the Bank

Public Joint Stock Company "WEST FINANCE AND CREDIT BANK" (abbreviated PJSC "CREDITWEST Bank") was registered by the National Bank of Ukraine in October 2006, and in March 2007 opened the doors to its first customers.

Currently the only shareholder of the bank is Altınbaş Holding INC (100%). Altіnbaş holding  is one of the major investment and business group of Turkey that has operations in many scopes.

Assets of the Bank as at 1 January 2015 total 663 640 thousand UAH, the equity is 139 79 thousand UAH and net profit is 16 202 thousand UAH.

Today "CREDITWEST Bank" is a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Individuals and international payment system MasterCard. Also the bank is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine which is one of the most effective non-business organizations operating in Ukraine.

On 21 July 2014 the international rating agency JCR Eurasia Rating confirmed a long-term credit rating of "CREDITWEST Bank" at level “AA- (Ukr)” and a short-term national scale rating at “A-1+ (Ukr)” as a "stable" which indicates the presence in the bank of investment grade credit ratings.

On 3 December 2014 the authorized national rating agency IBI-Rating has assigned to “CREDITWEST Bank” the long-term credit rating of uaAA along with a “Stable” outlook under the National Scale. Bank Deposit Rating has been assigned at the level 5 “Excellent reliability”.
