On May 26, 2017, the General Shareholders Meeting adopted the resolution to terminate the authority of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr. Çengiz Bicer and the members of the Supervisory Board: Mr. Cemal Ufuk Karakaya and Mr. Marcel Gassen. Furthermore, the General Shareholders Meeting decided to elect three members of the Supervisory Board, namely:
-    The Chairman of the Supervisory Board  - Mr. Süleyman Erol, the representative of  ALTINBAŞ HOLDİNG ANONİM ŞİRKETİ» AŞ;
-    The member of the Supervisory Board – Mr. Orkun Altınbaş, the representative of  ALTINBAŞ HOLDİNG ANONİM ŞİRKETİ» AŞ;
-    The member of the Supervisory Board – Mr. Selçuk Şaldırak, the independent member.
