On December 18, 2017 by the Decision of the Shareholder (No 21) the powers of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr. Süleyman Erol were terminated and Mr. Adnan Anacali, the representative of the shareholder “ALTINBAŞ HOLDİNG ANONİM ŞİRKETİ» AŞ, was appointed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Besides, on December 18, 2017, the Supervisory Board of the Bank decided to appoint Mr. Igor Tykhonov as a Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC “CREDITWEST BANK”.
