On November 16, 2018 JSC “CREDITWEST BANK” (hereinafter – the Bank) the state registration of changes to the information about the legal entity which is published in the Unified State Register was held as well as the restated Charter of the Bank was registered.
The main amendments concern the authorities of the Supervisory Board as well as the change of type of joint stock company (from public joint stock company to private joint stock company), resulting in the change of the name of the Bank.

Joint Stock Company “WEST FINANCE AND CREDIT BANK”  is the legal successor of all the rights and obligations of  Public Joint Stock Company “WEST FINANCE AND CREDIT BANK”.

Registered office, identification code of the legal entity, banking details remain unchanged.
