| | The Supervisory Board and Management Board of the РJSC "CREDITWEST BANK" hereby informs you on the forthcoming convocation of the General Shareholder’s Meeting of the PJSC "CREDITWEST BANK" (hereinafter the “Meeting”). The date of the Meeting is April 11, 2011. The Meeting will be held at the following address: 17, Kovpaka Str., Kyiv, Ukraine, the office of the PJSC "CREDITWEST BANK". The Meeting shall start at 10 a.m.; Shareholders (Participants) shall be registered from 9-00 till 9-50 at the address as specified above. |

| The agenda of the Meeting: | | 1. Election of Head and Secretary of General Shareholders Meeting of the Bank. | | 2. Election of Counting commission membership. | | 3. Approving of annual report of the Bank. | | 4. Distribution of profit and losses of the Bank. | | 5. Decision-making on results of consideration of Supervisory Board of the Bank report, report of Management Board of the Bank, report of Checkup committee of the Bank. |
| | Shareholders’ register will be prepared on the date of April 06, 2011. If for whatever reason on April 11, 2011 the Meeting will not take place, the Meeting for consideration of the above mentioned agenda shall be convoked on 10 a.m., April 13, 2011, at the Bank’s address as follows: 17, Kovpaka Str., Kyiv, Ukraine office of PJSC “CREDITWEST BANK”; Shareholders (Participants) shall be registered from 9-00 till 9-50 a.m. at the address as specified above. |
